To use this file Right Click on the file and using Save Link As... save it to a location on your computer.
Of note - if you open this file it appears BLANK - it isn't! So don't be put off. Then from inside the SystmONE setup menu access the Template import function and locate the file from wherever you saved it on your computer. Again Right Click on this file and using Save Link As... save it alongside the file above on your computer.
In SystmONE Setup menu go to Data Output \ View Maintenance and import the view. This will then be used by the Future Planning Template V3 when needed. |

To use this file please Right Click on the file and using Save Target As... save it to your computer. Import into SystmONE will require admin user rights using Setup>Referrals & Letters>*New* Word Letter Templates>Import Templates. Once imported and published to your unit you will be able to generate and printout this self-populating care plan from within the patient record. Using the new letter option.

You may see the Security warnings "Enable editing" and "Enable content" when opening; please accept each of these. On the morning after running your MiQuest queries you will need to open this file again, under Step 3. select the "Click to process the MIQUEST data" button and follow the instructions. Your GSF report results can then be found in the third sheet "CSEPAC2-IN". Highlight these "pretty" results and follow the print setup shown below. |
